Yes, they do. Which is odd because they're not allowed to vote for President. Even Americans living in other countries can vote for President. The territories are the only places in the entire world were Americans can't vote for President. American astronauts living in space can vote for President even.

Do you know what's funny? In Canada they always teach in schools how Canada is so much better than USA. In USA it appears as though they teach that Canada is a socialist country and USA is so much better than Canada. Every country just thinks they're the best when in reality they all suck.
