Have you thought about adding a Mafia Roleblocker? You could call him an expert spy. If you wanted to give him an army sounding name. I think it is good idea because 4:1 is a fairly low number of mafia to have. This way the mafia would be more powerful.

You're going to have to give me a better explanation then what's on that site because that site just confused me :-k

So far we have 11 players signed up. So what I'm probably going to do is have 4 spies with that number, which leaves 7 others. or 3 spies :-k

That is unless of course more sign up. Does that mean like a good number?

And Radgeek is added. I don't feel like making a new list right this second ;)

Oh.

One of the mafia get choose someone to block besides the standard mafia choice. (as they get to choose two people. The person they want to block and the person the mafia is going to kill.) If the person who is chosen is a power role (the cop or the doc), their choice (to protect or investigate) does nothing.

Does that make seance?

So wait....blocking means they kill that person or eliminate their powers or what?

Sorry, Moontide. It's just not making much sense to me :(

I mean that that night, the targeted persons powers do nothing. The next night the targeted person's power work normally as long as they don't get blocked again.

Example:
Doc chooses to protect the Cop
The Mafia roleblocker chooses to block the Doc
The Mafia choose the kill the Cop.
The Cop is killed because the Doc's powers were disabled, so he could not protect the Cop.

They choose a player. (like Moontide or StrongNChrist).

Just to make sure: They are mafia, So they know who the other mafia are, they can talk to them and they get to input on who the mafia kill.

Uhm, 4 to 1 is not low at all, Moontide. We play it with 10 players and 3 bad guys, and it works out fine.

Yes, it is. 4:1 has less mafia then 10:3.
In a game with 10 town using a ratio of 4:1 there would be, 2.5 mafia. That is less mafia than what you play with.

Like I thought I said.....if I don't have an equal number of people and such I'd just round up the mafia so that there would still be plenty of them.

For example:

Players
AIOluver
iluvsns
Whitty Whit
bookworm
thegreenringC
Moontide
Yanny
Monty
ric
Marvin D
radgeek
IDance4Jesus

so we have 12 players. That means 8 towns, 4 mafia. Is that too little mafia in your opinion Moontide?

That's a 1:2 ratio. And the mafia get to kill 1 person in the night, and then one person is lynched in the day. If it's a townie, the Mafia win way too fast.

actually I miscounted. I think there's suppose to be 9 army, 3 spies :-k

Is that too much or too little?

and who are you talking to Marvin?

9 to 3 is good if there is no mafia roleblocker. If we are going to have a mafia roleblocker I would make it 10 to 2.
