Do you picture people as their avatar?

If there's something on your mind that just doesn't seem to fall into any of the other categories, well, it quite likely belongs inside Joe Finneman's marketplace. Think of it as a general store for general discussions!

I tend think of people as there avatars. Not that I think that they are really a cucumber. And yes, when have avatars of trees I think of them as being that tree.

I wonder how many people think of me as a yellow talking head with eyes. :anxious:

Me! Every time I see that you've posted, I think of a yellow blob.
It's been awhile, hasn't it?

I honestly hope that no one pictures me looking like Mr. Whittaker. That would be very weird.

Will you be offended that I do indeed picture you a bit like Mr. Whittaker? I know deep down that you're not at all like that, but I can't help it! It's been that way for so long!

No offense taken. I should change it, but I really like that picture and cannot bring myself to do it.

Yes, I tend to think of you as Whit. Not you, just your account on here.

And Moontide, I do think of you as that round yellow thing. I think you need a new avvie.

Win, AE \:D/

Most times I don't picture people as their avatars. There are a few exceptions of course. Like Laura Ingalls

But I do tend to recognize people by their avatars rather then their usernames. Not everyone of course but some. AE really confused me and so did Marvin when they changed their avatars :x I kept thinking Marvin was JJJJ :-
