Maybe. I think that it is the contestants call though. I have no problem with someone submitting a photo that a sibling or a friend took.

I am not joining, because I can't figure out how to resize my photos, but I am wondering, what if it's one that came free with your computer?

Okay...good new! My totally cool brother, ricrocflow, taught me how to resize photos! Here is mine:

Okay, we now have 3 pictures that have been submitted. All three of these contestants need to send me their $10 entry fee. There are 5 days left before the
judging begins. If you were thinking about submitting a picture, but have not yet, now is the time to do it!
