We almost had to do that with our cat, but he died the night before we were to take him. It was much nicer that way, but still very saddening.

Our dog isn't doing very good. He's growing old (nearly 11) and his breathing is becoming heavier then usual and he's wheezing a lot. The vet told my brother to bring him in as something might be wrong. Prayers would be appreciated.

EDIT: We just got him back from the vet with the news that he's dying and most likely has less then a week. Prayer would be much appreciated, especially for my brother since our dog technically belonged to him.

Oh, I'm sorry, SnC! I have an older dog too, and I dread the day when she's no longer here. I know it's going to be hard.

Be in prayer for my family(my mom especially), my mom's dad, and all my mom's siblings.
My grandmother passed away this last Friday night/early morning, she died in her sleep, it was pretty unexpected, even though she was having some struggles with health.

It's really hard for all of us,but we're just glad she was a Christian and that we'll see her again.
I just miss her so much!
It just kinda hit me harder tonight though as we were all around talking about travel plans and things, she...won't be there to greet us when we go and I won't see her smile ever again...

Probably is harder 'cause I've already gone through it once with my other grandma, and my other grandpa actually.
