I know! It kept bugging me. When Edmund jumped off the tower onto the eagle I actually burst out laughing.

Lol, never having seen LOTR I don't have to worry about any similarities with Narnia. ;)

At least they got Eustace right; that kid looks exactly as I have always pictured Eustace.

The picture of the bushes - I read that that's the set for Coriakin's garden with the invisible Dufflepuds. So don't let it worry you - his island is supposed to look weird and creepy.

I hope not through the whole movie.. maybe in the Lone Islands?
Nope. I just read the book through the other day, and she wore them througout the whole thing... A dress wouldn't be a very good thing on a rocking ship. :-

Does it say that? Right before Eustace starts his diary, it says that "...they all got their clothes back, dried, next morning..." I might be forgetting about the part where it says that Lucy wears Caspian's clothes afterwards anyway, though.

Oh, really? :-k Must've missed that... But honestly? She would've been in a skirt or dress... I hope they wouldn't be having her on deck with the sea serpent (because she'll just have to be there. *rolls eyes*) on a rocking boat with a skirt. ;)

My copy of the book has little pictures with Caspian in a robe kind of thing, so he's basically in a skirt too. ;) I don't think that C. S Lewis describes the kind of clothing that anyone wears, so that's just one interpretation. I would find pants more practical myself, but whatever. People have survived through a variety of circumstances in skirts, so I'm sure that Lucy could make it through her voyage in a skirt if necessary.

I highly doubt that they'll change Ben Barnes' hair color for VDT... or do we already know it's a fact? :-k
