I will totally join you in claiming both of those shows as some of my favorites \:D/ ! I was actually majoring in criminal justice for awhile and some of my friends told me if I had ever become a police detective I would have turned out to be exactly like Monk. haha

Don't be scared, because I would be. I know, personally, the family that is on that show... lives about 3 miles from my grandma's house, and has a pumpkin farm... It's a fun farm. They are some very interesting people.

I watch regularly:
CSI:Miami
CSI
CSI:NY
Two and A Half Men
M*A*S*H
Macgyver
West Wing

I watch sometimes:
Numb3rs
Monk
Phsyic (SP?)
NCIS
Criminal Minds
Extreme Makeover Home Edition
American Idol (if...)
Prison Break (if...)
24 (if....)
Crossing Jordan (if...)

I think that would be it...

Would anyone mind explaing the show Lost to me? It always sounded kinda ok. But after I watched the MADtv parody I kinda thought it look really dumb. But MADtv kinda over exagerates everything.

I know it's about people who crash on a deserted island from a plane but that's about all I know.
Hear are a few questions I have:
Does like everyone end up dieing or something?
Do they keep the same charaters each season or new ones?

All so do anyone watch MADtv?

LOST is not a show that can be easily explained, since each season builds on the one before it...yes, they keep the same characters from season to season, but there are some new ones each season. And some die, but not everyone. No, it is not dumb ;)

They occasionally have recap episodes that try to summarize the characters and chain of events. I would recommend watching one of those, or watching the Pilot (currently, all episodes of all four seasons are online on abc.com).

Lost is amazing! \:D/
