I really love the old, 1961 Disney's Parent Trap and then the other one, that was produced in 1986, "Parent Trap II" both those were really good. Plus... I love the Disney's "Return To Oz" movie they did in 1985. For those of you who may wish to gain some more understanding about that film (Return to Oz) or about some of the disney history at that time... please feel free to check out our internet series we are doing on this film at: www.videosforfamily.com/returntoozshow.htm lots of great info there!
Hmm, how bout Now You See Me Now You Don't and The Computer that Wore Tennis Shoes? I also like Peter Pan, Old Yeller, Swiss Family Robinson, and Robin Hood.
My favorite 'oldies' are the Newsies, Fox and the Hound, Sleeping Beauty, and Swiss Family Robinson.
There's probably more favorites that I can't think of right now.
I love the old version of Robin Hood too! That is such a great movie! We rented it tons of times when we were little, and then I finally got in on DVD. I quote it now and then, imitating Hiss for the "Coming...coming..." thing when he's in the barrel and singing the "Apox on the phony king of England" song and the "PJ...I like that, you know I do? Hiss, have that written on my luggage - PJ" line. Good times!
The animated Robin Hood is one of my favorites, too. Actually, it's not just my favorite. My brothers, sister, and cousins have all seen it. It's a really fun movie to quote when everybody's seen it.
One time I was visiting my relative, and when I woke up I heard my brother and some of my cousins singing the songs from Robin Hood. Including "Love, it seems like only yesterday..."
