I've just finished my very first book. It's a sci-fi novel(la?) called Point A to Point B. Of course, I'm not quite ready to publish it yet. No author is perfect. That's why I need:

1 EDITOR
to go through and fix grammatical errors, etc, and (hopefully)fix my lack of paragraphs. Note: This is not required for the job, but it would be nice.

I also need:

5 2 OFFICIAL PROOFREADERS
to read through my book and take note of any plot holes, contradictions, etc., and report them to me. Several people have already read it, but I'd like there to be a team of people with the specific purpose of finding errors. Note: If you are one of the people who has already read, you are still welcome to apply.

A person competent in graphic arts. I am in need to have a symbol created looking professional.
For example:

This symbol obviously does not exist in any alphabet.One can understand what it is supposed to look like, two straight symmetrical lines making the first part of an 'A', with a curved line bisecting the left aforementioned line, and a dot at the point where an equilateral triangle created from the bisection point of the right aforementioned line and the upper endpoint of the right aforementioned line... anyway, one can see, despite the sloppiness, what the symbol is supposed to look like. Or rather, what it does look like, but looks poorly.
SO: I need someone with the correct computer art skills to make something that looks more like this:

THE ONLY SENTENCE HERE THAT ACTUALLY MAKE CLEAR WHAT I AM ASKING FOR: I have a "letter" or "symbol" that I have created, and I need someone to make a professional-looking version of it.

They need to be sized down smaller though. Our max dimensions is 120x120 for avatars.
