I love the knit skirts from Land's End - very comfy, they go with everything, and have a nice flowiness to them.

I'm way more comfortable in pants. Jeans are best, but chinos or cords are also delightful. I wear skirts, but not as much now that I don't have to dress up and go to work. Actually, I wear them a lot more in the spring/summer because I don't own shorts anymore.

I love my jeans. I don't really wear skirts because I feel like they make me look odd.

I always wear skirts, and they are always below the knee. My favorites are all from Value World (a secondhand shop), but i find them lots of places! For night, I always wear pants-- so comfy!!

AMEN! And for those of you that think you'd look weird in a skirt... you'd get used to it. and then you'd realize how nice you looked.Mimi wrote:Skirts in the day and pj pants at night! thats the way to go!iluvsns wrote:That's so awesome!Mimi wrote:I always wear skirts, and they are always below the knee. Honestly, skirts and dresses annoy me. They're uncomfortable, I have a hard time sitting in my normal way or running in them, there's a few other things I'm required to wear with them and those make them too hot and too uncomfortable and too itchy. I just don't like them. I, the tomboy, am most comfortable in jeans. I don't care much for shorts either, to be honest.

I don't really like shorts either; I'd rather wear jeans or other kind of pants for every day.StrongNChrist wrote:Honestly, skirts and dresses annoy me. Playing my Bass Clarinet with a skirt on is a real pain because the skirt tends to get caught in the clarinet's keys.

I found a brand new skirt that still had the tag (marked for $40) for $4 at goodwill. I LOVE that store! The Kings Daughter wrote:Oooo, I should check that out.iluvsns wrote:I get skirts at goodwill. or salvation army... you actually can find nearly brand new stuff sometimes... and my skirts are always long... I bought a never-been-worn t-shirt from Value Village that said 'CHEESE' and had a piece of cheese on it. Epic win. And it wasn't a skirt.Joanne wrote:I found a brand new skirt that still had the tag (marked for $40) for $4 at goodwill. I LOVE that store!

Usually pants, but I have to wear dress pants, a skirt, or a dress to church. While I have no problem with people wearing pants to church, so long as they come ready to worship, I do have a problem with people looking like they threw on their rattiest clothes on to come. You wouldn't wear jeans to a wedding or a funeral, or a fancy dinner, so why wear them to God's house, which is certainly more important than any other event could ever be!
