Odyssey encourages Journaling

Whit's wiping down the counter, Connie's mopping the floor, and the kids are sipping on their milkshakes. If you want to talk about Adventures in Odyssey the radio drama, this is the spot to do just that!

Odyssey encourages Journaling

Post by Eugene Meltsner Fan »

If you notice many episodes have someone journaling and,
telling it from their point of view. Do you think Odyssey is encouraging
journaling? I see nothing wrong with it. I journal myself.

I guess so... I have a diary.. but I dont write in it very much. I actually think they do that because it gives an interesting spin to the story... changing the format makes things more exciting sometimes.

Vlogging! Interesting.. I love journaling. It's a place where I can write personal thoughts and stuff.

I enjoy journaling as well...I want to get down every detail, because why else would one write a journal, if not to read it later on and remember all those fun times growing up? I always like to imagine one of my future children finding my journal and reading it someday (call me crazy, but that's just a perspective I like to take, especially when I do so myself), so that way I've got loads of ways to remind myself of various tales to tell my children--though, given the...interesting-ness of my family, some stories don't need to be written down; they're already imprinted on my brain. \:D/

"Death's got an Invisibility Cloak?" "So he can sneak up on people. Sometimes he gets bored of running at them, flapping his arms and shrieking..."
"And now the spinning. Thank you for nothing, you useless reptile."
"It unscrews the other way."

Sometimes I imagine the same too. One of my future kids finding my
journals. I also have childhood stories imprinted in my brain :D
