Classic ToOers... Are we ever gonna do a reunion???
I was just browsing through old threads of nostalgia realizing how many people I miss from way back when, Mellow, Trent, Frank, Sarai, Sonnuna, Elf, Jonathan, David O, Chandler, J-Man, Laura, Watson, the list really goes on and on forever.
I know there are many of us still around or at least lurking. We should compile a list of people from "our era", and then hunt them down and invite everyone to a big reunion.

They were planning a california thing for old school peeps at one point, not sure what happened to it. :/ We should definitely do this! I'll take leave (if I can) to attend this fo' sho.

I just meant online, that would be waaay easier. I'm sure a lot of people wouldn't be able to make it out to a live thing. But if we all got online at the same time... could be epic.
LOL. Hm, okay, well that could be.....arranged, I suppose. Let's make a list, and if we miss anyone, hopefully they'll see this thread!

I'm still around frequently! A reunion online would be epic. But when JIA tried to get a lot of oldbies back - hardly anyone showed up. What...do they have a real life or something??!!
The Lord is not slow about His promise, as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing for any to perish, but for all to come to repentance. ♡
Is J-man not around much? Or do I just not notice his not being around because I have him on Facebook?

Hmph. That's craziness.

When did I ever claim to be sane?
I kind of lurk...when I remember about this place.

Yeah, that was disastrous. xDLaura Ingalls wrote:I'm still around frequently! A reunion online would be epic. But when JIA tried to get a lot of oldbies back - hardly anyone showed up. What...do they have a real life or something??!!
I miss a lot of the oldbies, too. I don't know if I count as part of that "era," but I really enjoyed being around those from the "old days" of the ToO.
As for me... I purchased a life on Amazon a year or two ago, and I've been keeping busy with it ever since.

I just noticed that EB missed a very important person on his list - Shadowpaw, the founder of this fantastic board! I'm sure that I am far from the first person to know that Shadowpaw is amazingly talented and incredibly dedicated! He really should have been the first person in EB's list, since he's the one we have to thank for this board where so many of us have had a lot of fun with over the years, and which new people continue to discover and enjoy!
And while I'm posting, shame on all of you who got a life somewhere other than here! Here you can buy a life for ToO money and save a bundle! An online classic ToOers reunion sounds like another fun EB idea, though the execution, as several people have mentioned, would be difficult.

Ah yes...I might have a life if it wasn't for him...Catspaw wrote:I just noticed that EB missed a very important person on his list - Shadowpaw, the founder of this fantastic board!
