It's a good one!
Pros: It's a very definitive picture, and combined with your signature gives off a great branding of the "Griffon" or "Giant Eagle Man" look.
Cons: To the untrained forum member, it makes you seem a bit irritable, with that frown on his face.

Pros: Woody and Slink are cool!
Cons: Not enough use of space, the eye is drawn to content and you're characters are so small in a void of blackness, taking away from the establishment of an "identity" and making you look like you just downloaded some random gifs and made them avatars.
Final Score 3/10
However, if you'd like you can use these, I think, much better "looks" for you.

You gotta love the Message of the signature, but perhaps having it as your avatar is a bit overkill? The avatar looks like a girl getting out of a pool in the middle of a rainstorm, however in the context of the siggie it makes perfect sense.
I do like the message though, it's a great one.

The specified avatar could not be uploaded because the remote data appears to be invalid or corrupted.
