I saw the movie today and it was sooo good! \:D/ My brother and I both loved it. It has so many good things going for it, and I loved it. I know what people mean when they say they cried. :sniff: I almost did a couple of times near the end, but I resisted...barely. ;) Amazingly good. Ken and Barbie were a highlight in the comedy department. And Spanish Buzz was great. I could go on endlessly about all the great things, actually, so I'll just tell everybody who hasn't seen it to go see it as soon as possible!

She left many of us behind. She left us heartbroken. And though we cry now there'll come a time when we'll laugh. Because we'll see her again someday. We'll be with her in heaven. And when we go to heaven she'll be there to greet us. She'll be there to say "Welcome home." -From a poem that SnC wrote about her grandmother

I saw it today! I absolutely love Bonnie, all the new characters, and especially the ending! We saw it in 3D, and now it's possibly my favorite Pixar film! :D

Oh, I forgot to mention that I saw Jess Harnell's name in the credits, listed under "additional voices." \:D/ He's so talented that I have no idea which voices that encompassed during the movie, but if somebody reads this before they watch the movie, see if you hear him!

AE, I agree that Bonnie was a great new character!

I had forgotten about that too. GX and I saw his name in the credits and we were like, "Jess Harnell was in this?" I'm gonna listen really closely next time we see it. Also, Jack Angel was the voice of Chunk in the movie. He played George Washington and John Adams in The Day Independence Came and the Rat in Darien's Rise, and he was in a couple other episodes too.

Ahh, the more I think about this movie, the more I love it. Here are my three favorite scenes, but they are mega spoiler. ;)

(ONLY READ IF YOU'VE ALREADY SEEN THE MOVIE; IT WILL SPOIL THREE IMPORTANT SCENES.)
  1. The Big Baby/Lots-o'-Huggin' Bear/Chuckles the Clown back story. This was just fantastic. It reminded me of Jesse's story in Toy Story 2 how she was forgotten. Now we know why Lotso is so evil, why Big Baby follows him, and we can see that they had a choice between choosing evil and choosing a good path.
  2. The incinerator scene. I don't think this needs much explaining. Holding hands, despite all their past trails and disagreements, is the perfect reaction by the world's favorite group of toys. This was super-thrilling (my older brother literally leaned forward in his seat until the scene ended), and was just so beautiful.
  3. The ending. Giving the toys to Bonnie is the best possible ending! Seeing Woody, "my cowboy doll!", at the bottom of the box was such a relief. I love that he picks up and goes over each of the toys' names before giving him to her, the sweetest and most caring girl. The music and animation was perfect. "So long, partner."

Ahhh, thank you :)

Agreed. Although, I would add these:
1: Spanish Buzz XD just too grand
2: When Barbie tears Ken's cloths

But, yes: those five are the best parts.

On this site, http://voicechasers.com/database/showac ... torid=1220, it says that Jess Harnell played an army man in Toy Story 3.

Yay! Thanks for the info, Anna. At some point in the future I'm sure I'll see this fantastic movie again, so I'll be sure to listen carefully to the army men.

I saw Toy Story 3 yesterday with two brothers, a sister, and my dad, and we loved it! It was moving. Lotso was a great villain. My favorite part was when Woody risked his life to save Lotso on the trash conveyor belt and Lotso turned his back on his savior. Christ figure!

Before I went I had no idea that Jess Harnell would be in this at all, but as soon as the army man started talking I instantly recognized his voice and told whispered to my brother to see if he had noticed.

From what I've heard, it will probably be the last one. Toy Story 3 ended perfectly, so more movies would be overkill. (I would love to get to know the new characters better, though!) Additionally, Pixar is already making Cars 2 and Monsters, Inc. 2, so they are being careful not to overdo it with sequels. \:D/

Have fun watching it, and be sure to tell us what you thought!
