We were recently vacationing in Malaysia, and the sink in our hotel was inscribed with the name of Mr. Shanks, may he rest in peace. I forgot to take a pictures, and for that I apologize, this discovery would be much more interesting if I had a picture of it.

Fascinating, no?

That's cool! I had the privilege of making the same discovery when I went to England a couple years ago. Here's a picture I took of a bona fide British sink:
