The Lord is not slow about His promise, as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing for any to perish, but for all to come to repentance.

The Winners Are in!
Congratulations to Toy Story (12 votes) for being the best movie of the 1980s! Beauty and the Beast (10 votes), The Lion King (9 votes), Toy Story 2 (7 votes), Back to the Future Part III (5 votes) and Titanic (2 votes) all receive honorable mentions. Kairi will recieve $10 for nominating Toy Story, and Laura Ingalls will get $25 for correctly predicting the Top 4! (GlennAdams also predicted rightly, but after Laura had submitted them.) Congrats, ladies! \:D/

I apologize for creating this thread and not creating it as a poll in the original; I was rushed and forgot about doing so. I may do similar contests for the 1970s/2000s, but that will be moreso in the future (once Harlequin Theatre clears out ;)). Thanks to all for participating! It was fun! \:D/

Thanks, AE. These were fun. \:D/

Heh... I love how almost everybody predicted Titanic and it only received two votes.

Only two votes for the Titanic? I'm surprised.

Yay for Toy Story though! \:D/

Are you serious? The Lion King? I think this is the start of the end.

;)

I really thought BTTF 3 would have received more votes.

Then I'm happily insane.

So, is there gonna be one for the 2000s?
