as far as Jim Carrey goes, I don't really have an opinion about him.

I do; he was Count Olaf in the A Series of Unfortunate Events movie. :noway: That was enough to creep me out. The Grinch thing didn't help either.

My sister and I watched Eloise at Christmastime today, and it was even better than I remembered! \:D/ I love the music and the romance and the fun! And it's funny that the topic of discussion is currently Jim Carrey, since my brother was kind of half-watching and said that he thought that one of the characters looked like Jim Carrey, and I said that the resemblance was vague because the Eloise actor looked more trustworthy and less smarmy. ;) So add me to the "not really a Jim Carrey fan" list! Though I did like him in The Truman Show.

I saw Up. It absolutely depressed me. Had to be the worst children's movie I'd ever seen- definitely the worst Pixar film I'd ever seen. :(

such a promising trailer...utterly UNpromising movie that proved to be pointlessly lame.

I saw Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone for the first time in a while. I really enjoyed seeing it again; makes me want to read the books!

So I watched Firefly on hulu. But that's not a movie, is it.

Lean On Me for the first time in a really really long time. I enjoyed it, though it was intense at times.
