Midnight Appointments!
I think the way moderatorship works here is to give members the freedom (Huzzah and Wooton for freedom!) to use their own standards of grammar. Only in repeated cases and after multiple PM conversations are mods supposed to correct grammar errors. Mods shouldn't spend all their [ToO] time correcting grammar misuses.

Speaking as a former three-time mod (I think it was three times), the only time any interference is necessary is if someone puts in a whole ton of exclamation marks (or any character, really), thereby messing up the page. Any other grammatical errors are to be ignored.

I coulda been part of the epicness...but no, time would not alow it. If I had only known my fellow moderator peeps were to be so awesome *Sigh* I might have said yes.
But alas, the dwindling amoung of hours in my daily life are limited, and I just had not the space to ad this obligation and responsibility to my agenda. I regret, but know it was all for the best of the town.
(Aka. I was asked if I could be a mod, but I had to say no *Wail wail wail*) It stinks.
