Brushing teeth
Brushing teeth
How many times a day do you brush your teeth? In the morning, do you brush your teeth before or after eating breakfast, if you do?
Do you ever get really worried if you forget to brush your teeth after eating? And you have that strange taste in your mouth because you forgot?

Most often than not it ends up being once a day, right before bedtime.

4 or 5 times a day, I'm obsessive.
Probably one to two times a day. I try to brush after each meal, but I often forget.

Always before I go to bed, and sometimes once or twice during the day. About 1-2 times for me (and I want to increase that...).

When I'm at school, I always brush my teeth first thing in the morning and right before bed, and occasionally once or twice during the day. At home, it's sometimes only once a day. Lately, I've taken to brushing my teeth in the shower, to save time and to avoid standing in the sometimes-cold bathroom any longer than necessary.

I always have a bad taste in my mouth in the morning...so therefore teeth brushing is the obvious solution.
Does this practice seem unusual if not hygienically untenable to you all?LizzieG wrote: Lately, I've taken to brushing my teeth in the shower

Only if you do it in Mexico/other places where you shouldn't drink the water.KODY 105 wrote:Does this practice seem unusual if not hygienically untenable to you all?LizzieG wrote: Lately, I've taken to brushing my teeth in the shower
Unusual, maybe, but I'm sure I didn't come up with the idea on my own.
No, i've done that since I was like...12.KODY 105 wrote:Does this practice seem unusual if not hygienically untenable to you all?LizzieG wrote: Lately, I've taken to brushing my teeth in the shower

I often brush my teeth in the shower as well. I love having an auto-rinser.Tyler wrote:No, i've done that since I was like...12.KODY 105 wrote:Does this practice seem unusual if not hygienically untenable to you all?LizzieG wrote: Lately, I've taken to brushing my teeth in the shower

Every morning when I wake up, before breakfast... unless I eat breakfast before I wake up.... And before I go to bed.
Thanks! I've had good luck with it all my life. Except that I can't smile any more.American Eagle wrote:Good luck with that.InHisArms wrote:I brush my teeth once every two or three weeks.
The good ol' ToO.
I brush my teeth before I exercise in the morning because it feels weird to have morning breath then. Then I brush them after I eat breakfast. Then I mouthwash before I go to school. Then I brush when I get home, and then I brush right before I go to bed. I just can't think with dirty teeth.
