X-Men

Nine years later, I finally take the time to sit down and watch the film in its entirety. :- I must say it was fun watching it after seeing Wolverine. \:D/ But I still liked Wolverine better. :noway:

X-men was great because it was the first of the modern era of Superhero films (unless you count Blade or something...). But looking at it now it doesn't hold up as well as it did then. ;) But I'd recommend giving X2 a chance, it was my favorite of the entire series, including Wolverine.

You can skip 3 if you want to, though. O:)

Yeah, I went and saw the new Star Trek movie. And it was AMAZING. Wow. Just seeing them all as younger versions ... ah! It was amazing. I probably should use a different adjective ... but wow. I really like who they casted for Chekov. His Russian accent made me smile every time. And the plot was really neat.

I agree. The books are always better than the movies, but Hollywood did pretty good with bringing this one to life. I look forward to the New Moon movie coming out this fall. (Even though it was my least favorite of the books.)

High School Musical. It's been more than two years since I've seen it, and I really liked it this time around. *Goes to hunt down the sequels while shunning all naysaying*

X-2. I must say - a drastic improvement over the original X-Men. Definitely a better plot than the first film, with plenty of twists and turns to engage the audience. Of course, now I want to see Wolverine again. :noway:

I am secretly a huge fan of all the HSM moview too. (I have to keep it somewhat secret being that I am 16 years older than their target audience age). :-$

You didn't like New Moon either? Yeah, I wasn't much for that one either... I can't wait for the movie though!

Last movie I saw... oh! Father of the Bride 2! :) Ah, so much talk of babies... what is up with that these days? My life is... hectic with babies!
