Favorite Character

Whit's wiping down the counter, Connie's mopping the floor, and the kids are sipping on their milkshakes. If you want to talk about Adventures in Odyssey the radio drama, this is the spot to do just that!

I love Jason! Ever since he was introduced, I've enjoyed his character. He has that cool attitude thing happening, which makes him interesting. He's Whit's son, so that's an interesting angle. Jason does the stupidest things sometimes, and I just want to hit him, but some of his faults help make him more likeable. I can relate to somebody who forgets what he knows about turning to God in times of trouble, somebody who makes a lot of mistakes, but usually ends up admitting them and dealing with them.

Bernard is a great character too! His funny sayings, his story-telling, his fabulously dry sense of humour - I love it! I can't pick an all-around favourite character, but Jason and Bernard are two that I really like!

Aubrey Shepard. She reminds me a lot of me. Also Dan Iowa. He makes me laugh every time I listen to that Odyssey!! And Wooton is just too cool for words, imho.

Eugene is my favorite. He always has been, and always will be. Regis comes in close second.

I have quite a few, I can't simply pick one.

My top ones (several) are

Connie Kendal

Eugene Meltsner

Bernard Walton

Whit

Jack Allen

Jason Whittaker

Wooton

Jimmy Barclay

Lisa Mulligan

Alex Jefferson

Robyn Jacobs

George Barclay

Tom Riley

Curt Stevens

Richard Maxwell

are you starting to get the idea? While characters I don't like do exist, the list is much shorter

Dr. Blackgaard

Jellyfish

Glossman

There are more but I'm hitting a block.

Peace Out

Wooton is my absolute favorite. He has been my favorite ever since Welcoming Wooton. I cannot think of any thing that would make me not like Wooton (maybe one or two).

I'm afraid my favorites are the same as Catspaw's. I love Jason partly because I love how his voice sounds.
I love Bernard because he says the funniest things. I love Bernard and Eugene's relationship.

Since it is impossible for me to pick just one, I list the ones I feel Odyssey would suffer without:

Eugene, Bernard, Tom, Connie, Whit (he's a favorite of mine, but I agree with Shadowpaw's opinion that he isn't central to the series anymore), Jason, Jack and Joanne.

Harlow Doyle, PI is the coolest character ever, don't even play. He's funny and at times can be smart. They're few and far between, but they're there, just look reeeeeeeeeeal closely. It's called reading between the lines, sheesh.
Do any of YOU know how to make hand shadows?
