Probably because you're an old man.
I never saw this because I was always taught that television is EVIL!
So you lost your trust,
And you never should have.
No, you never should have.
But don't break your back
If you ever see this,
But don't answer that.
In a bullet proof vest
With the windows all closed,
I'll be doing my best
I'll see you soon.
I'm too old for Liberty's Kids, though I did see it a couple times when the younger siblings watched it. Strangely, I remember this one line: "Let's play a round of Continental Cartoons!"

mmm, right there with ya.
Liberty's Kids is an animated program that tells the story of the American Revolution through the eyes of three young people. James (an orphan) who worked and lived with Benjamin Frankin. Sarah Phillips an English girl coming to the Colonies to search for her father and also staying with and working for Dr. Franklin, Henri a young French orphan boy. Moses a freed slave is Dr. Franklin's assistant and they live in Philadelphia. They travel around the colonies covering events for Dr. Franklin's newspaper. My guess as to why you don't remember seeing this is that it was on back in 2003 and only ran for 40 episodes.

It began in September of 2002, I was only seven, but I remember it vividly.
