If anyone can do this, I will pay handsomely! I would like it to resemble Fei's userbars. They are absolutely amazing, but I don't want to pressure her for her time.

OR, if anyone knows how she animates the userbars, I can attempt to emulate her abilities myself. I have only limited knowledge regarding animation, so I will pay for that information as well!

I'm not sure who makes rank bars, if any of you do, so I thought I'd post this here.

I would like a rank bar that is mostly black(...or some other dark color), that says something cool on it...(I have no idea what).

Anyway, I know I'm being very vague, so feel free to use your own creativity and make it the way you think it should look.

The quality wasn't that great to begin with, so I can hardly blame you for it not being that great now.

I just wanted to be able to use this fabulous old masterpiece! I'll send you the donation, but if somebody else comes up with something clearer, I will happily pay that person as well.
