Yeah, it's not like any of his insults could hurt you anyway .

Of course not. It was actually one in a long list of things that went wrong all in the space a week or so. The family had just gotten back from a long and tiring trip when she dropped him going into the house. So they had to turn around and go to the doctor, and then kept having to wake him up all night to make sure he didn't have a concussion. Poor little Watson.Lucy wrote:On purpose?!Laura Ingalls wrote:No, I wasn't born yet. My mom dropped him.Lucy wrote:That's too bad. That definitely explains a few things.Laura Ingalls wrote:Dr. Watson actually was dropped on his head as a child.
My sister was kind of dropped on her head as a child - one day my dad and my sister, who was probably four or so at the time, were picking me up from school and my dad was holding her upside down behind his back, which was so fun when we were kids, but things didn't work out so well. To this day my sister claims that he let go and my dad claims that she let go, but either way, she fell onto the floor and got a bloody nose. She was fine, and she's way smarter than me, so it clearly did her no harm, so it's all good!
Actually, Dr. Watson is smart too, isn't he, Laura? Maybe it's the ones of us who weren't dropped that are in yrouble. Which category do you fall into, Rodney?

Yeah, he's very smart. *sigh* I was never dropped, so I don't fall into that category.Catspaw wrote:Actually, Dr. Watson is smart too, isn't he, Laura? Maybe it's the ones of us who weren't dropped that are in trouble.Laura Ingalls wrote:Dr. Watson actually was dropped on his head as a child.
But maybe this fall explains the whole Top/Watson split personality thing!
