What type of TV reception do you have!?

If there's something on your mind that just doesn't seem to fall into any of the other categories, well, it quite likely belongs inside Joe Finneman's marketplace. Think of it as a general store for general discussions!

We have digital cable. Except for PBS, the local news, and football, everything I watch is on a cable channel.

At home I just get 6 regular channels, but right now I'm a few hours away from home for school and the basement that I rent had satellite included in the fee, so now I get lots of channels! \:D/ I enjoy it a little too much sometimes, but since I only have it for a while, I figure that I might as well have fun while I can! I like to be able to watch some Disney channel shows (it's the Family channel here in Canada) and I like being able to choose a good time to watch shows on channels that I got at home anyway. There are a few channels that I get in several different time zones, so it reduces time conflicts. Good times! \:D/

What's this world coming to? :dumb:

We have a TV, but only use it to watch movies/DVDs.
So you lost your trust,
And you never should have.
No, you never should have.
But don't break your back
If you ever see this,
But don't answer that.
In a bullet proof vest
With the windows all closed,
I'll be doing my best
I'll see you soon.

Our TV sprouts a rabbit-ear antenna. Thus, we only get around three or four local channels...

We get nothing! We used to have satellite, but we watched it once every blue moon. So, we just use netflix now. \:D/

We get free TV some how but only get the channels that don't cost so we get a lot of channels in Japanese. I don't watch much TV only if it is to stormy to go out (30ft. waves you know) but when it is that stormy we don't get much of a reception so you cant watch anyway.

Yes we do get 30ft waves during the winter storms up hear.
