Random Things That Remind You Of The ToO
Random Things That Remind You Of The ToO
Today at work (I placed order for a clothing company over the phone) I had a customer who's first name was Darcie, and for a split second it made me think of the Darcie we all know from The ToO . That got me thinking of how many people out there have random things happen to them at some point in their day that remind them of The ToO (or one of it's members). Does anyone have (or has had) such an experience?
Heehee... I was thinking of making a J Crew order and asking for you! But alas, it was not me. I get stuff as gifts from there, but don't buy it myself... and if I did I'd order online.
I am reminded of ToOers or ToOish inside jokes often, but have to keep it to myself since no one else will know what I'm talking about.

I do that too. My cousin loves creampuffs, and Elisha and I always start joking about Catspaw and her creampuffs. The rest of the family are like .JesusIsAlive wrote:Same here... I like start to speak and then I'm like. "Oh, wait... they wouldn't get that..." *grins* Its quite humourous to me though!Darcie wrote:...I am reminded of ToOers or ToOish inside jokes often, but have to keep it to myself since no one else will know what I'm talking about.

Haha I could totally look up your order history and know everything you've ever bought, all your credit card numbers that you've used, and any address you ever told to J Crew (and any other tidbit of information they know about you, for that matter) . But... *takes off ring of power*... I will not. Or maybe I will?Darcie wrote:Heehee... I was thinking of making a J Crew order and asking for you! But alas, it was not me. Seriously though, I won't... but then again I might.

I used to live in a building next to a building called Chandler.
I have a friend who's into Sherlock Holmes, so I think of Watson frequently.
I had a costumer at work once named Jennifer Doyle.
I run into random streetsigns with ToO member names on it. Like Watson Ave, or Blackhawk road.
And there is a small community with a silo that has it's name on it: Jonathan. Why does this remind me of ToO? Because I'm going to get my picture taken next to it and will someday post it here

- Several multiplayer games I've played with ToOers.
- The word "caravanserai."
- The Pirates of Penzance.
- Pirates of the Caribbean.
- Pirates.
- Ninjas as well.
- The "symbelmyne" line Theoden says in TTT. (Seha.)
- Cream puffs.
...for the sake of brevity, I'll stop here.

There is a Watson Tire near Continental Admiral's hometown that always makes me think of Dr. Watson!
Of course I am reminded of him everytime I look in a mirror.

I was in Walmart the other day and say a bright pink nailfile, and thought of Catspaw.
