We don't know that for sure. I think on the Official AIO Podcast said that they will try to replace Tom and Bart, instead of writing them out.

I think they said they'd at least replace Bart for now.

I kind of want them to replace him but then I'd be irritated because he wouldn't sound the same.

Without Bart the Electric Palace would be a lot different. And what would happen without Tom at the Timothy Center and anywhere else for that matter.

Those places would probably be written out if Bart and Tom were written out.
