Pathfinder. It was a good movie, kinda gory, but with a good message.

^^ That's what I hope to do, though, by the time I get around to it, I'll be seeing SM3 on DVD.

Thr3e, and before it, POTC 3

Yesterday I watched the movie Pirates of the Caribbean: At Worlds End. I went to the 10:05 showing at my local stadium-style theatre and by the time my Mom and I got there there were some decent seats but not a lot. It made me happy that we left as early as we did because I cannot stand watching movies so close to the screen. I watched the movie Amazing Grace like in the second row and I had to keep rotating my head back and forth in order to get the who picture. Anyways. . . I was pretty suprised that the show was busy for the 10:05 showing. I can't see most people liking to go to the movies that early in the day. My Mom and I went to the 10:05 showing because we had to be home before Dad got out of work at 2:00 so that he wouldn't know that we went out. Since the movie is almost three hours long we had to do that show.

The movie was pretty creepy in my opinion. The only reason I wanted to watch it was to find out what happens. I especially wanted to be sure that Will Turner and Elizabeth Swann got married. When I saw Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Mans Chest my heart was almost lept out of my chest when I saw Elizabeth kissing Captain Jack (no pun intended). After watching it several times I got used to it but Ihad to make sure Will and Elizabeth got married. There are some really creepy moments in this movie though and I don't think that it was as good as the first or the second one. For me when it comes to trilogies I like the last one because it answers all the questions that have come up in the first and second movies. Although I do still have some questions:

What is going to happen to Elizabeth now that she is on some island with Will's heart? I can't imagine not being able to see my husband except once every ten years.

Is Captain Jack going to get back to the Black Pearl?

Don't you think that England (or whoever) is going to send out more soldiers to hunt down pirates?

Did Davy Jones and Calypso/Tia Dalma get back together?

How did Will become the Captain of the Flying Dutchman?

So that was my opinion of the last movie I saw. Sorry I talked so much.

You didn't talk too much...just (maybe) in the wrong place. :) You probably just didn't see it, but there's a thread that's all for POTC: AWE, and if you want to check that out, you'll see more discussion that's just about that movie. You can find it by clicking here, if you want to. :D You have some good thoughts and questions! (And I'm about to post something that might help you out with your first big question!)
