I think it is, and Christopher Snell, the voice actor, has a small role on FOTF's Rado Theatre version of "Prince Caspian" (he's Lord Sopespian or something like that, I think) and he sounds more British there, I think.

The only Christopher Snell that is in IMDB is British... could be the same person.

He sounds British, which would make sense because the name Arthur Dent is taken from the main character in Hitchhikers Guide To The Galaxy, which was written in England.

Arthur Dent is pretty cool. One of the best character additions to the show. I hope we hear him in the next saga...

He reminds me of the "Richard Maxwell" of Novacom...I don't know why though.

He also provides some important information at the right time, despite the personal risk. I can see some similarities, though I think that Richard Maxwell has a more interesting/redemptive storyline, since we see him more and we see changes in him. We don't really know much about Arthur Dent or why he took the risk of giving Jack the disk with important info. It seemed more personal with Richard.

Whit and Alex Jefferson went to see who blew up the tower, and they found Dent who had just escaped from hillingdale haven because he was insane from Mr Charles "treatment".FRom there they took him to the court room where he told every one that he blew up the tower.From there he went to jail and then 2 men came and questioned him.
Asn that where we lost him. Did he go to jail and has been there the whole time? Or is he in a insane place.?

Yeah! Authur Dent's accent is British. No he didn't die in the tower explosion. He set the explosion.
