A smartphone like say a Sidekick II costs 300$ and a 8gb Nano is 250$ You combine the two and throw in 50$ more because of the awesomeness of Apple, you get the price of an iPhone.

I heard that Apple is getting sued or something like that for using that name. I believe it was a product before Apple released their phone.

Yes, they are being sued by Cisco systems. Apparently, they already have a product out on the market that has the iPhone name. It will be interesting to see how the case proceeds.
