Yeah, I love Nintendo, but the way they do their friends list is pretty convoluted.
I'm told on the tracking website my Wii was sent out for delivery today, meaning I should get it within the next 2 hours or so!

Dude. There are no microphones. How can online be not kid friendly, if you can't even talk to the people you're playing with?
Seriously. It's a cool system, but it's the worst online I have ever heard of. Literally an online NIGHTMARE.

I read somewhere a while back that game manufacturers can get around that stupid system somehow if they want to?

I'm sure they could, but nintendo wouldn't let them release a game without the "KID-FRANDLAY" poop code system.

The Wii most likely isnt built for online play anyway, though that element would be really fun...there is a mic I believe though...the speaker on the controller is also an input. But yeah most of what people will be using "Wii connect 24" for is Downloading games...but...*cries* Metroid multiplayer console...t_t Maybe they'll have a solution made by then. Metroid should be the PC way of doing things...you make a name and then join a room through a list of rooms. Therefore trading of Numbers dosent have to happen.

"FIRE DAT DERE UZ CANON"

Try to refrain from words like "poop"; even though you do not find it offensive, some people do. Please try to respect other people's conscience.
