Oh, another question. HOw do you get a job?
Getting a Job
Another major component of this board is your ability to get hired! If you click on "Jobs", you'll be taken to a page listing all current available job offers. You will be paid every 3 days provided you "show up for work". Showing up for work simply means you log onto the board within a three day span to collect your pay check. If you don't, you won't be paid... so be sure to visit the board regularly or you will stop collecting money.
There is a wide range of possible job opportunities and a limited number of positions available for any given career. So once all positions have been filled, the job will disappear from the database until a member quits his or her job, or is fired. Many high paying jobs require an education of some sort, but due to the cost of getting the degree, it will take some time before you'll be eligible to apply. However, the more you invest into the items required for better jobs, the more money you will make from working.
And keep in mind that like the real world... people do get laid off. Every so often events happen around town that will affect the job market. This will hopefully keep things fresh and keep everyone on their toes.
