Ick, I can sympathize with you, we had to completly erase our hard drive in order to repair ours... Is it a virus or something?

my house computer was broken for like 3 months before we just got a new one... it was not fun at all.

that's tough, but that's where my second harddrive + OS comes in handy, so I can recover the files alright $\:D/$

I can fix just about anything wrong with a computer $\:D/$

The whiz kids at MicroSoft couldn't help us, it was bad. Luckily I had my files backed up. Granted this was a work comp, so there were heads rolling afterwards.

Blech I hate computers that don't work. But lately (for about 3 years) we haven't had any problems with hard drives and such. Maybe a few motherboards and power cords getting shot.

But lately I've gotten better at keeping a computer clean of viruses. Which is a real blessing.

Well, you can always recover files with a portable USB HD, and a Linux boot disc. $\:D/$

I love going to the library. not that I have been able to go lately. And I prefer having a compy always at my fingertips. so, I hope you compy get fixed or I hope you get a new one. w/e works best.
