I understand the grief that many ToO citizens are attempting to hide by using cute jokes and quips...the Blackgaard clan can see through such attempts at normalacy and see the pain underneath. The future should hopefully not result in the necessity of such concealment of pain!
I'm sure that the Blackgaards want to make everyone feel pain openly.
