Black olives are the greatest thing ever. They would even be good in rice chex.

Sadly we hardly go to Subway... But when we do I get:
It might be super boring but it's also SUPER good!

I've never gotten salt and pepper on a sub in my life. I didn't realize that was even an option...

Me either, Lee.
It looks more organized that way.

This made me laugh out loud.Knight Fisher wrote:I don't like black olives because of an incident a long time ago when they got in my cereal. Never liked them or rice chex much ever since.

Further proof that The ToO controls my existence. I was thinking about this topic today at work and ended up going to Subway on break.

I haven't gone since reading this, but if there was a Subway in my grandma's town, I would've. I love this place.American Eagle wrote:+1Mimi wrote:This made me laugh out loud.Knight Fisher wrote:I don't like black olives because of an incident a long time ago when they got in my cereal. Almost shocking there isn't one there. I've found Subways in a few towns that didn't have a McDonald's or any other chain yet.Lee wrote:I haven't gone since reading this, but if there was a Subway in my grandma's town, I would've. You know what? I just checked on the Subway locator, and there actually is a Subway in the downtown part of her town.
WE NEED TO GO THERE.
WE NEED TO GO THERE.
I've heard there are more Subways in the US than McDonald's. My sister's tiny college town that doesn't even have a traffic light has a Subway.

There are three in my town. Subway is like a bank, you want or need one there's one on just about every corner. Another interesting thing about Subway is they are also in some (if not all) Wal Mart stores. One of the Subway locations in my town is inside the Wal Mart.

Yeah there is one tiny town with no traffic lights that has a Subway in a gas station. I think that's kind of the thing... they have standalone stores, but unlike McDonald's, etc, they can fit in gas stations, tiny slots in shopping strips, etc.DanP740 wrote:I've heard there are more Subways in the US than McDonald's. A lot of newer Wal-marts have them now but they just built a new Wal-Mart here and it is Subway-less. So it isn't universal, but is common. I recall back in the day McDonald's used to be in Super Wal-Marts a lot.
But yeah, I think their may be literally twice as many Subways as McDonald's around here. I don't feel like really counting them all right now, though. But yeah, probably some gas stations around here have a Subway that I'm not even aware of.

Hah, I was out going to an appointment with my family and we ate Subway for lunch. That made me think about this thread.

There are at least 6 Subways within 20 minutes of my house.
The Lord is not slow about His promise, as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing for any to perish, but for all to come to repentance. ♡
There are 6 Subways within an eight kilometre (5 mile) radius of my house too. The nearest one is only 350m away from my house!
I don't know how many I have around me, but since I live next to a medium city, there are probably a lot.

I think there's three in my area, which is a lot for a little town!
