What is the last movie you saw?
post it
Puss in Boots. That was...disappointing. Not too bad, but not near as good as any of the Shrek movies.

Wait, you mean I'm not the only person on the ToO who loves that movie? That makes me happy.Laurie wrote:The first Cars movie. It was on ABC Family last night. I love that movie!!

The Parent Trap (1998 version). Very cute movie.

Captain America. Ok, I guess. I mean, it was entertaining. The whole thing sort of had a...comical air about it though.
I'm close to the end of Sabrina (the black and white version with Audrey Hepburn) - quite delightful! I've seen it before, but not recently. I like the Harrison Ford remake too (somewhat because it has Harrison Ford) but the original is very good. My family is kind of watching together - we're all reading or on the computer for different parts, but we've all watched at least some of it.

We just watched Courageous on DVD last night...and all the extras.

Courageous. It was good.
I had the pleasure of viewing Pan's Labyrinth for the first time. I highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates the high standard of fantasy held by Tolkien and C. S. Lewis.

Watched The Princess and the Frog for the fourth time since Saturday while working on my biology project. Man, I adore that movie.

Friday night I went to a slumber party with my small group from the youth, and we watched the 1998 version of The Parent Trap. I hadn't seen it before, and I thought it was okay.
Yesterday my family and I went and FINALLY saw The Muppets! I loved it!

Agenda. It was the documentary that won the Best of Festival Jubilee award at the San Antonio Independent Film Festival. It was really well done.
I just saw "Sherlock Holmes: Game of Shadows" at the discount theatre. It wasn't spectacular or anything (I'm an old sop for the original Holmesian-style Holmes movies) but it was still entertaining.
Imo, the new ones were actually more accurate. I don't really remember the old ones, but wasn't Watson like super old and Holmes was like a weakling? According to the books, they're both pretty young, and Holmes is an expert in boxing and martial-arts.Sherlock wrote:I just saw "Sherlock Holmes: Game of Shadows" at the discount theatre. Real Steel. Eh, it was okay.
My siblings and I re-watched Toy Story 1, 2, and 3. And I love them just as much as I always have!
That I can recall, this is the first trilogy of movies (in my opinion) where each new movie tops the last one. I don't know if they'll be able to beat the third one, but if they take their time on it, it should turn out pretty good.
