It most definitely was not. The down time has been happening looonngg before we even started working the board style.

I couldn't access the ToO at 10:40 am today, but Connie said she couldn't either at 10:15 or 10:30 am. It stayed down till around 11:55 am.

Yeah, it was down early this morning for me too. Yesterday, it was incredibly flaky, flickering in and out throughout the day. And a few times it just wouldn't load pages fully.

When the ToO is working, however, it runs great.

Yes, yesterday it wouldn't let me on a few times, but after I reloaded the page it usually worked.

That's a good point. It's been down a lot over the last few weeks, but it's rarely slow, at least for me.

I noticed that. It refused to connect me.

OK, it went down again at about 1:15-1:20!...

Been difficult to impossible to reach for quite some time this afternoon, finally got through just now. We'll see if it lasts or goes out again.

The ToO has been fairly reliable for me recently, but as others have noted, there have been a few periods of extended downtime.

Site was down for an extended period last night. Don't know how long in total, I went to bed after 40 minutes of checking. First outage I've noticed in quite a while.

Has there been extended down time for anyone else this week?

Yes, Shadowpaw is aware and he and Eugene are working on it. Hopefully we're stabilized in time for the Fall Festival.

The ToO has been down a lot for me recently. Happy to hear people are working on it and that I'm not the only one experiencing the down time.

We're running a little slow right now, but have been reachable when I've tried over the last day or so. Can anyone confirm persistent downtime has ceased, or at least decreased, or have I just missed it when I happened to be checking?

-- 31 Oct 2017 02:08 pm --

Well, soon after I posted that we went down all night so never mind. We came back up literally just this minute, let's see how long it lasts here.

Edit:

The site is running very fast right now. This looks like a positive development if we stay online.

Edit Edit:

Still up and running great an hour later. Waiting to hear from Shadowpaw if he messed with something today; if he did I'd say it worked. :)

I moved the Town of Odyssey to a new server. I've unfortunately also broken AIOWIKI and AIOSODA in the meantime, but thetoo.com is working and I will try to fix those other two sites later today/tomorrow.
