Dear Petrichor,

Where would you like to travel?
Where have you traveled?
What's your favorite day of the week?

I wait eagerly for your response.

Sincerely,
Kaida

What character traits are important in a good friend?

Homemade pasties (no rutabagas! :x ), chocolate chip cookies, and coffee. Chocolate chip cookies and coffee because they're some of my favorite things to eat, and pasties because they remind me of home, but you can't get them here.

Dear Kaida,

I would like to travel to Ireland!
I haven't travelled to very many places. The farthest south I've gone is Florida, the farthest west I've gone is New Mexico, the farthest north I've gone is Canada, and the farthest east I've gone is sticking my toes in the Atlantic Ocean. \:D/
My favorite day of the week changes depending on what my day off is. Looks like it's going to be Wednesday for a while, so... Wednesday!

Thank you for your inquiries!

Sincerely,
Petrichor

I like friends who talk a lot because I don't, BUT I also would like them to listen if I'm ready to say something. I value kindness more than just about anything.
I DO like s'mores, but probably only one or two at a time.
Mm... mountains. I like nice, quiet beaches, but I feel like there's more to do in the mountains.
Favorite food... I'll say homemade cinnamon rolls for now, but it's always changing!

I actually don't really eat salsa. I just dip chips in the salsa juice and let everyone else eat the chunky stuff. :anxious:

1. This is so hard! I'm worried I'm forgetting something really special and I'll hurt someone's feelings. :( My parents gave me a keyboard a few years ago, though, which I absolutely love.
2. My favorite season is probably spring. I love fall because I like rainy, cold days, but it's also really sad because it always feels like something is ending. Spring is fun because there's something new every day!
3. Any kind of peppermint mocha coffee. They sell Starbucks peppermint mocha ground coffee at the store around Christmas, and I always make sure to stock up. \:D/

What is your favorite flavor of ice cream?
What is one of your happiest memories?
When you're sad how do you handle those emotions? Are you okay with them? Do you talk through it with friends? Do you just sit in the sound of silence?
What is your favorite amusement park ride?

1. It changes from time to time, but most consistently, I'm a fan of the Colombian coffee flavor. I also like peanut butter and chocolate, so any combination of those three will make me happy. \:D/
2. Probably the vacation I took with my family to northern Michigan when I was about seven or eight. That was the first family vacation we'd taken that I was old enough to remember, and we spent it on a campground that my dad's former coworker ran. I think I saw the Milky Way for the first time. I have lots of great memories from that trip.
3. If I'm sad, I try to acknowledge that I'm sad--not just ignore it--and also define why, exactly, I'm sad. I think and pray about it for a while. I might talk to friends or family about it if it's a more significant issue. I try to recognize that it's okay to be sad sometimes, but I like to figure out why it's happening, if that makes sense.
4. My favorite amusement park ride is pretty much any roller coaster. I like metal ones more than wooden ones; wooden ones rattle more and they can give me a headache sometimes. I don't like super-duper extreme ones since I don't think they're as fun. But I'm not too picky! It's been a while since I've been to an amusement park, though. :(

1. I like my new pic and also your new pic. \:D/
2. A onesie and jumper, tights, and a cute little headband. :inlove:

If you could choose one emotion that you would never have again, what emotion would that be?
If you could know three languages fluently which three would they be?

1. Probably anxiety--I think that encapsulates a lot of stress and fear.
2. If English doesn't count, then Spanish (which I'm trying to learn right now), French, and Greek.
3. Uhhh... good question. I do not really have an answer. :- I follow characters more than actors/actresses, but if I had to pick someone, I love Hayley Atwell (Peggy Carter) in the Marvel movies. \:D/
4. I'm a cat person, but I honestly think that one cat is enough and more than that is usually too many. Sometimes kitties get along really well, but I think it's generally more pleasant to just own one cat.
radgeek wrote:What is the oddest item to use as a planter?
The oddest item I've ever seen my parents use is a sled. But they've used a lot of weird things.

Neutral. :anxious:

Dear Petrichor,

How do you get bleach out of clothes? I spilled some on my favorite shirt and now there's a big bleach spot that looks like a hula-dancing shark. It's cool and everything, but I just want my favorite shirt back. :(

Sincerely,
Marvin
Dear Marvin,

I'm glad you've come to me with this sensitive issue. I know it can be difficult to part from beloved clothes. Alas, I bear sad tidings: bleach is forever. :( What you need is a new perspective: what could be better than a hula-dancing shark? You may desire to wait until a sensible period of mourning has passed, but when you feel you're ready, wear that shirt everywhere! Turn that frown upside down and embrace that ferocious little hula dancer!

Sincerely,
Petrichor
