1. I've been to nearly every state east of the Mississippi River except for Rhode Island, Connecticut, Vermont, Maine and maybe Alabama. West of there, I've only been to Iowa, Missouri and California. In Canada, I've been to Niagara, Toronto, Kingston, Beaupré and Quebec City. The only place I've been outside of North America is Paris.
2. Probably NYC, but I also really enjoyed San Francisco when my sister and I went there a couple years ago.
3. Not really. Occasionally, I'll pick up a hat or a shirt or something.

Where in Asia would you want to visit?
What are your top 3 non fiction books?
What does a good evening excursion with friends look like?

1. My siblings!
2. failure and rejection
3. C.S. Lewis or Charles Dickens

1. Ooof, this is a tough one! I'll probably have to go with India. I did a report on India in 6th grade, and ever since then, I've been fascinated with the country.
2. Another tough one! The Bible, of course, is one. Evidence Not Seen is a great WWII-era missionary biography--highly recommend it! For my third one, I'm going to go with Signing Their Lives Away by Joseph D'Agnese and Denise Kiernan--a compilation of brief biographies of each of the signers of the Declaration of Independence.
3. Wandering the city or closing down our favorite restaurant or coffee shop :)

What was your favorite pastime as a young child?
What’s the most spontaneous thing you’ve done lately?
Are you more of a morning or a night person?

1. The people, the culture, the landscape--pretty much everything!
2. ALL OF IT. Top three are probably Italian, Chinese and Indian.
3. Totally depends on the season.
Winter: peppermint mocha
Spring: vanilla latte?? or maybe just a plain Americano
Summer: iced coconut milk mocha macchiato
Fall: PSL (add a little mocha sauce, and \:D/ )
What can I say? I'm pretty #basic.

1. Riding my bike or hanging out with the neighborhood kids.
2. Hmmm, well, I randomly curled my hair this afternoon. Because, why not?
3. On the whole, I'm a bit more of a morning person, but I can do nights, too. Just not both at the same time. xD

I've never done anything SUPER crazy. Last summer, I had a purple streak. My favorite thing I've had done is this, though:

Thank you!! *blushes* One of my best gal pals does it, and she is a WIZARD.
Now, it's basically just the faded-out version of that. I use a color refresher sometimes to try to get some of it back, but it basically just turns my hair pink. XD

Favorite ride at an amusement park?
And least favorite ride?
If you had to live on an island for a year what three things would you bring, (and there is no electricity)?

What’s your favorite thing you own and why?
What's your go-to dish when you have to make dinner?
Would you rather never be able to eat warm food or never be able to eat cold food?
What’s a food you’ve never had but you want to try?

1. THE BIGGEST ROLLER COASTER THEY HAVE.
2. This is more of a water park thing, but a lot of amusement parks have water parks, too, so it's fine, right? So there's these water slide things where you stand on this little ledge thing, and they close you into the tube, and then the ledge drops out from under you, and you fall straight down the tube. 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Unless you're a big fan of drowning.
3. A big box or something for shelter, an ENORMOUS bottle of water, and a reeeeeeeaaaaaaallly long book.
Kaida wrote:What kind of music do you listen to?

1. Broadway show tunes, jazz, classic rock, pop, CCM, pretty much anything
2. Josh Groban, Michael Buble, Taylor Swift (No kidding, those three artists plus original Broadway cast recordings probably make up a good 80% of everything I listen to on the reg.)
3. Oof, too many! I'll say Awake and Granted from Josh Groban, Home and It's a Beautiful Day from Michael Buble, and You Belong with Me and Shake It Off from Tay Tay.
radgeek wrote:Which Avitar: The Last Airbender nation do you best belong in?
I want to say Fire Nation, but Earth Kingdom is probably a more accurate answer.

1. Can I say Ollie? He's not really a "thing," but he's my cutest, fluffiest little friend. <3
2. quinoa and stir-fried veggie salad or pumpkin ravioli (And, no, I don't make the ravioli from scratch--sorry to disappoint!)
3. This is a REALLY tough one, because, like, ICE CREAM, but also pizza and pasta and soup and and and and... But warm, I guess? I can deal with most food if it's cold. I would just REALLY miss melted cheese. :boohoo:
4. Buffalo cauliflower

What degree did you earn at college?
Ebooks or paper books?

1. Journalism and Mass Communication (Dooon't do it, kids! Unless you never want to make money ever.) :doubt:
2. Definitely paper books!
3. Jigsaw puzzles (I don't even know how to do Sudoku. :shrugs: ALTHOUGH, when I was editor of our university newspaper, we used to have a weekly Sudoku puzzle. One week, we didn't have enough room to fit it in, and somebody complained. That was one of about five total letters to the editor I received that year. #-o)
4. Of course I do!! 8-)
