Black and the higher the better.

I GOT MARRIED. 3 year ago. BUT I GOT MARRIED!!!!!!!!

The ToO name for my love is Sir. God took his merry time bringing us together.

But most importantly LOOK AT MY DRESS!!!!!! It was my mother's dress that I had modified according my design ( I wasn't working with 40 year old lace my self). It took forever to find the exact support garments for the right skirt shape.

Congrats radgeek!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! \:D/

If you could be any mythical creature what would you be?
What is the biggest blessing of marriage?
What is the hardest thing about marriage?
What is your favorite restaurant?
And now in the time of COVID what is your favorite grocery store?

Navi, I'm constantly reminding people to about stuff they already know and somewhat annoying.
My husband's pep talks yet his focus help with my limitations (especially with my health).
Not living in NYC anymore. I still don't have a driver's licence so unless I'm working or going to church, I really don't get places.
Blue Colony Diner. One of my favourite things is shellfish on top of pasta and they have the most shellfish for the money that I've ever had.
This is a hard question since I can't drive to compare. I'm working at CVS but that isn't a great source of foodstuffs. I have a Key Food within walking distance that has never run out of toilet paper but they are out of yeast and often have bad veggies.

Love the dress and your hair! So cuuute!

What time did you get married?
What is a characteristic you see in other people that you wish you had?
Do you like coffee or tea or both?

Thank you! The wedding had a steampunk theme so it gave me way too much permission to nerd out over historic dress styles.

It was 3 years ago in January during a snowstorm so bad that it kept people home including Limerick and some people got stranded trying to come.
The ability to do math very well.
Just tea. I actually hate coffee.

Steampunk is the best!

Why is steampunk so cool? <--- leading question
What is your favorite attribute of God?
If you could travel anywhere in the world and be there for one week where would you go?
If you had to live in another country where would you live?

Cooking. Mostly because I couldn't at all last time I was active on the board. Being alone with the internet and the kitchen was exactly what I needed to grow in that area. The homeschooler in me still does best being self-taught.
Sushi but I'm not making that stuff. :noway:
Purple

I know the answer will be different for different people. For me, it started with an interest in historical dress but not having to be bound fully to historical accuracy. Now I feel like it represents something we have lost. Sure, no one might have ever but those store-bought clothes before, but it will never be as unique and self-expressing as when we made garments to our liking ourselves.
Turn with me to John, 1:14. (Or just read it here since I will quote it)
John 1:14 wrote: And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.
I feel like I can't separate His grace and truth to pick one over the other and definitely know why John chooses to introduce us to Christ this way. Without the truth of our sin and need for a Saviour, the concept of grace has less impact. Without grace, there is no alternative to condemnation and no salvation. I feel like any presentation of God should show these in equal parts.
I would couch suffer around the world to internet friends.
I'm not sure what place would meant my criteria. I need warm weather, no maple trees, good healthcare, and English speaking.

What's your favorite story about yourself?
What’s the most unusual place you’ve fallen asleep?
Are you going to fix garlic cheesy grits?

I'm allergic to an ingredient in Old Bay seasoning so I recently made a taste-alike that is safe for me that I'm way too excited about. Normally, I'm working with garlic, ginger, cinnamon and lime flavours with low-fat proteins and rice or pasta.
Salmon. Simple but the fish is almost perfect on its own.
Sewing, Magic, the Gathering, politics, and reading.

Ask Marvin D. for what. He would be the best for that.
I don't consider any place too weird to sleep. Does the NYC subway count? I used to do that a lot.
Yes, I already have grits that Sir keeps saying he will make but he hasn't touched them once this whole lockdown. I might as well use them.

Sir, his humour is unpredictable but I need to not see it coming.
I think my biggest fear is a lack of progress or growth.
I actually don't have a favourite author.

The subway. It might be because I can't drive but I miss the freedom it gives.

Why do you fear lack of progress or growth?
What is your favorite thing to do on a Saturday?

Yes, no allergies or sensitivities stand in my way and they are wonderful.
While spiritually, stagnation is a sign of distraction and no longer full-heartedly pressing toward the mark. Satan can smell the weakness in that. Other parts of my life are unsustainable holding patterns. Even my health is one. I have to trust God to show me how to progress in many of these ways.
Snuggle Sir and visit family.

What is something you have learned in the last 5 years that you would tell your younger self?
If you spent the day in NYC what would you do?
If you were telling someone what to do in NYC if they were visiting it for the first time what would you tell them to do?
