I currently work as a PA: That's a personal aid or personal assistant. I go to school with a 17 year old special needs girl, and I help her learn, as well as help her with physical things she can't do. It's a pretty awesome job, because I'd like to be a teacher, and this is a great learning experience for me. I love the kids I work around!
