I had some homemade cappucino stuff - not quite sure what to call it. I had some french vanilla cappucino mix and some hazelnut cappucino mix left and I was having friends over, so I combined it. Then we ate other stuff and never had the drinks, so I had lots all to myself, and I mixed the already mixed stuff with whipping cream, white milk, chocolate milk, vanilla ice cream, and ice. Hence my uncertainty of what to call it. ;) It tasted good!

Some chicken chimichangas, and a couple of Pink Lady apples. That has been one of my favorite apple types recently; tart without being overbearing, with good texture and appearance. That said, I admit I'm getting a little bored with them, so it might be time to branch off for a while and try other apples.
