I've been putting off "liking" it because we're so close to 100....
It's been at 98 for so long now, though.

Can you imagine if they someday reveal who that was, and it turns out to be, like, Wooton?Jimmy Barclay Fan wrote:I guess it was just the way Dr. B talked to him that made me think he was higher up. But you are right, he was a buyer, and we do not know for sure.

Re: The Novafiles
This was one of the "chicken soup" entries that stood out to me, actually. A ten-part miniseries would be something I would listen to. As long as there's some good writing, and an interesting story, I'd say go for it.

Re: what has happened in odyssey?
I think I'm a pretty critical guy, and I don't think there's anything wrong with that. It's, like, my hobby. And I was taught, in University, how to think critically...so, doing it to Adventures in Odyssey, one of my favorite shows is a good way to keep practicing that. I like to criticize because i...

Good job on the cover! :D I know environmentalism can be taken to extremes, but as Darcie said, good stewardship of the earth is an issue that would be nice to be addressed. \:D/ And conservatives can support reduce, reuse, recycle too. ;) "One Bad Apple" seemed to be ahead of its time, w...

Also, does anybody else have a CD set that does not seem to have the bonus feature mentioned on the back? Early in this thread somebody mentioned something about Paul McCusker saying something that they found confusing, but at the end of track 9 on the fourth CD, my copy just went back to track 1. ...

Re: 679: The Green Ring Conspiracy Part 1
*pops in* Just wanted to say that Eugene's line "Loudly exclaimed euphamisms escape me!" is actually quite inaccurate. A euphamism is a word used to replace a word that would not be politically correct or tactful in a certain situation. For instance, saying "passing away" instea...

The Word of Promise, NKJV Bible on CD
I've seen this product around. Just wondering, has anyone heard it before? If so, is it worth buying?
The preview didn't seem half bad: http://www.christianbook.com/word-promi ... 24130#curr

Re: The Green Ring Conspiracy 1 comes out tomorrow.
Are we still gonna do the reviews and polls and talk about each episode each week ? It's really tough to "review" every individual episode. I've decided to wait until the end and review it as one whole episode. None of these are standalones, really. A rating system for each one might be s...

Boswell and I are Canadians. We have to shop at amazon.ca. Right now they do claim to have 1 left in stock, but when I ordered from FOTF on March 1, there weren't any at Amazon. And I have my set and Boswell doesn't, so that's all I have to say about that. \:D/ Got mine today, and ordered mine from...

Re: Red Hollard
Keeping Red Hollard as a minor character is a good idea for now, I think.
That said, I like what I've heard so far from him. Not sure why Odyssey needs another goofy character, though.

Re: Courageous (2011) - Trailer Out!
This movie looks like Fireproof except they switched the firefighter for a policeman, changed the problematic husband to a problematic father, and added a few more characters.
Impressive editing for a Christian movie, though.

Re: The Adjustment Bureau
I saw the movie two nights ago. I was actually entertained and thought the movie was somewhat interesting. It was very silly, but it works because it chooses to be silly. That said, I don't necessarily like some of the conclusions the movie (or the main characters) makes about God, and how He functi...

Re: Which old Character would you like to bring back to AIO?
It'd be great if they could get Dave Madden to come back for just a few episodes so he could... retire and move to Florida or something. Not just vanish entirely. Eugene could ride with him on the moving truck on the way down. >_> That's a great idea. Having a character depart is much easier to dea...

Also, you guys should compare your ratings to Canada's. ;) They commonly bring 'R' rated movies down to 'PG' at my local theater. Too true. But, Canada makes junk. We'd be more concerned, except we're too busy watching American stuff. wait.. what? :-s We have the same movies you guys do. It's not l...

Hey! Please no Album 53 stuff without spoilers! I haven't heard it yet, and this is the first AIO saga I've EVER heard that I didn't already know how it ended before I heard it. Novacom, DBD, Leonard Meltsner, all of them were ruined before I heard them. I don't want to spoil 53. In part I , they f...
