Re: Will Ryan and Katie Leigh Interview

It sounds like we're only going to have about 20 minutes for the interview, so I think that 20-year-in-the-making family reunion will have to wait a little longer.

Edit:

It's up! Please, everyone, partake!

Will Ryan and Katie Leigh Interview

Hey y'all, long time, no see! It's killed us to wait this long, but now it's confirmed! On the 28th of August, Victoria and I, as the Odyssey Oddcast, will be interviewing the man, the myth, the legend: Will Ryan!!! Voice of Eugene Meltsner, Harlow Doyle, and 94 other characters! He's been on AIO si...

Re: The Imagination Station VS Revisited

I definitely prefer the Revisited one, for many reasons that I won't go into detail on, but yes, as said above, one great thing is how it balances out the viewpoints on the story. The original gave us the Believers' viewpoint, and this one shows us the Jewish leadership, which I find much more compe...

Re: Family Portraits

One of the main things is that they were suddenly changing their audience. FP was made to air on Dr. Dobson's show, so it was made for adults, with kids listening in. AIO was made for kids, with adults listening in. They also had to revise backstories in order to make the show more sustainable, but ...

Yeah, it's back to regular slow now. That's just the server it's on. Nothing to do about that.

Re: Album 59: Taking the Plunge

I'm not sure if there's anything on the wiki, apart from episode summaries for the TTB episodes, but you can listen to the Official Podcast's interview with Paul from December, and hear exactly what he said about it. Victoria and I are convinced that Paul is going to kill Whit as a final mark to lea...

The only series that is longer, as I understand it, is that Unshackled series, but it's out of Chicago. (It's been going since '45, I think).

Re: 765: Follow Me

This was the cleverest episode in a long time. I had to listen to it, do a bunch of research on the disciples, then relisten while taking notes on everyone's characteristics, to compare them to their Biblical portrayals to understand the cleverness going on. The whole Joshua, Son of Abbas is Jesus B...

I feel like the theory can be reinforced by that fact that they tried to draw continuity between the carnival and the counterfeit money in "The Scales of Justice"

Interesting idea. I know that I now wonder whether the carnival in Harley Takes the Case/Missing Person is the same.

No, the B does indeed stand for Bernard, as stated in the first BTV episode "I Want My BTV".
