Haha.
I can hear it the other way too. Although maybe more in the usages of "he's IN that new tv show," and "I saw her ON the big screen in the latest movie from that one director."

Re: Once Upon a Time
I watch it. Except I watch online within the week after it airs and ABC totally spoiled the end of the episode by playing a scene from next week's RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE, giving away Pan's identity. I think I like it for the same reasons I like historical fiction. Except this is re-fictionalized fictio...

Re: Madonna: Controversial Pop Star Or Illuminate Puppet?
I think it is Illuminati. Ending with an I. With an E at the end, they're just bright and shiny people. If Madonna belonged to the Illuminati, wouldn't she still be at the forefront of the media? Or am I covering things up because I'm a member of the Illuminati? I have descendants born at Roslin Cas...

Re: "All You Need is Love"
While heavy handed and anything but subtle, imagine everything said and done as we know life to be. Not so weird then. These things HAPPEN. This is REAL LIFE. Kids are shunned, bullied, beaten, and driven to suicide over something to which they have no control. It's incredibly sad. I thought this wa...

Re: Iliad House
It seems odd to me to do a kickstarter for a radio program. How so? You need funding to pay for studio rental, actors, editing, foley, and all the other production aspects before the show is released. How else does an independent production fund, other than selling the show to a corporation or gett...

Re: Lost souls? More like lost church.
I see no benefit to kicking people out of the church for being "wallflowers." This just means they need to be welcomed in even more, to have more efforts put into making them feel at home and like members of the church body. Then would they be more likely to serve and give themselves to th...

Too far, plus my Michigan relatives all came to California for a family reunion this week. It would be kinda weird to go there if they're here.

IF you are a fan of Edwin & the Orbs on Facebook, we just released a demo scene. It is just a work in progress, no music yet, but we were too excited not to share it. \:D/ Wear a good pair of headphones, and tell us what you think! *Click the image* https://d2xcq4qphg1ge9.cloudfront.net/assets/2...

I'm actually not really pulling my weight around here by local standards. I don't have solar panels. Or a compost pile. And my "backyard" chickens are in someone else's backyard a couple miles away.31899 wrote:I think you just became my hero.

Re: Go green!
But how do we reconcile caring for the environment in a free-market model? How do we set expectations for corporations without setting government policy? Clearly supporting businesses that are energy efficient and share our values is one step, but capitalism values profit above the environment. If p...

We actually gave up our car and borrow one when we need to make longer trips or take all 5 of us somewhere. In town, we bike. Including for groceries. Re: Go green!
It's weird, because I come from a very earthy, liberal place in the world, so recycling and reducing waste and taking care of the Earth makes sense to me. I remember severe droughts in California when we had to limit showers and flushes. It would seem like we would want to take as much care of this ...

I don't believe I have. -googles- Wow that kid is very gay isn't he. ;D Johnny Weir is up there in gayest people ever. FANTASTIC skater. I actually didn't know he didn't come out until 2011. But apparently he did in his memoir to be a positive role model for other gay youth. Also... that "kid&...
