Down Gilead Lane

*thread merged* Okay, ToOites, there was a topic made on this before but it's from 2011. Should I bump it? Anyhoo. Oh my gosh. You have to listen to this show. Please. It. Is. So. Stupid. It's hilarious. So, around the time of the split episodes, when aio wasn't as popular, this other radio drama d...

Re: Fixing Current Day Odyssey

But, in my opinion, that worked out great for the show. Because it forced new characters and families to come in, along with more stories and life lessons. Sure, which was nice. But while the characters coming in was seamless, it was rarely seamless when the character left. It was usually, "We...

Re: Fixing Current Day Odyssey

And now that they just keep replacing Matthew and Camilla, the Parkers could be in the show forever. -_- I liked it when families/characters grew (not necessarily in age) and faded out, and then new families/characters were introduced seamlessly. Ah, yes. Like Robyn, who was around for 11, 12-episo...

Re: New Father Gilbert Mystery

Really!? I don't think I've heard about that on the aio update or anything. In an interview with Paul McCusker last year, he talked about possible future FotFRT dramas. That was about when it was announced he was leaving, so it certainly didn't end before he left.

Re: AIO Theme on Piano

I just keep being blown away how many amazing people follow your stuff, Snubs! That is soooo cool. Though it amuses me how the comments are always on Facebook, which is secondary to your Instagram. I guess most Odyssey people find instagram too new and weird of a wonderland? Anyway, it's just so cra...

Re: AIO Theme on Piano

That was lovely, thanks so much, Ox, for all that work. A solid interpretation and beautifully played.

Say, how come you haven't posted this on the SS? I'm sure they'd love it there. :) (You'll note that me and Kaida are Soda Shoppers, Snubs is the only non Shopper so far. :P

Hello, Blondie the Beauteous Bum. Please make a Bernard/Dave Madden signature and avatar featuring both the quotes currently in my signature whenever you get the chance. I would like the Dave Madden quote somewhat more prominent than, "Emily RULES!" Thanks so much!

Thanks for making this topic, Cats! I mean, Catspaw, your majesty. :) I'll take any opportunity to talk about this movie. Despite my mile-high expectations, this amazed me. This is Blue Sky's first particularly excellent film since Horton Hears a Who and, not suprisingly, from the same director, Ste...

I chuckled too. The victory gum ball, the leader's phone going off, "Whit" calling his wife Jenny. Good stuff. Good to hear all these big odyssian community names together. Especially Shona, you got Shona, wow!

Re: Are the New Characters As Good?

They've been proven timeless... Some of them, let's remember. The very term timeless implies needed time for such characters to withstand the test of time, and to even appear. Other characters, nobody ever brings up, even though they scored a bunch of episodes. For instance, Courtney, Sam, Julie, Co...

Re: My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic

How are we liking season five!? (It's on Netflix at long last.) The premiere? The long-awaited Luna episode? And of course, there's the much-hyped 100th episode. So few kid's shows, so few shows period reach 100. Personally, I'd say this is a good season so far and I'm looking forward to the upcomin...

Re: Toy Story 4

So, so far all we know is it will be a romantic comedy, it will be almost more of a spin off than a sequel starring the usual cast, and Bow Peep will return and we'll find out what the heck happened to her. (Was she sold, lost, given away, what?)
