This is a tricky one...on the one hand, you're taking away someone's right to say what they want...on the other hand, those people shouting swear words are taking away another person's right to keep their kids from hearing such language.

I definitely don't always blame the parents--adults DO make their own decisions. But often children are influenced by their parents, or turn in certain directions as a reaction to things that happened growing up. I'm not saying kids should NEVER be raised by their grandparents...I just wish grandpar...
