I've started a tradition with my kids of doing a Thankful Turkey all of November up to Thanksgiving. I make the body of the turkey, and then each day each kid comes up with something they are thankful for. We write them on feathers and tape them around the turkey. I have noticed a lot more early Christmas decorators this year than normal. I still waited til the day after Thanksgiving, but we have lots of fall decor and some acorn lights strung up for autumn.

I'll pick Bubbles! Because bubble baths are luxurious, and luxury implies glamor.

I'm headed up to Virginia soon to visit my family. Excited about that!
Right now, though....not doing too well, I hurt all over. I finally came down with the virus that has slowly been going through our house for 2 weeks. I thought I had escaped. Nope.

I was disappointed, I was cheering for Florida. My husband was cheering for Vegas, though.
Florida just couldn't get anything going.

Yes, they release a new adventure every year. Several years ago, Patch's daughter and son-in-law have taken over the writing and producing. Ron Hamilton, who founded and voiced the Patch the Pirate audio dramas, has passed away after a long battle with early onset dementia. :cry: I listened to Patch as much as or more than AIO growing up, and now all my kids love the Patch adventures. Just passing on the news in case other AIO fans also...
