Re: Thor: Love and Thunder

Did anybody go see this movie? Everything I've heard from trusted friends and reviewers has ranged from bad to mixed at best. I am pretty sure I've settled on waiting for it to be released digitally.

Re: Andor

The budget on this looks insane in comparison to the other Star Wars Disney+ shows. I really believe this is the show that will be the most surprising in quality and story and I couldn't be more excited. I have heard good things about the showrunners/writers and I'm very excited!

Re: 946: Morning

I hesitate to say too much seeing as how I got access and listened to the second part of the album. My reaction to the first part was pretty good. I had some moments where my jaw DROPPED especially during that last scene when Jillian dropped her fake persona and yet there were other times where I th...

Re: Spider-man: No Way Home

I, too, cried. Tears fully just started flowing downy cheeks at one point. Like Endgame, this is an event film. Also like Endgame, although it's a wholly satisfying experience, it has its moments with clunky writing. But that's kinda just a thing I'm used to with Spider-Man films and I honestly just...

Re: The Mandalorian

I will say, having had watched Rebels, Thrawn probably won't be a part of The Mandalorian in the future. It's far more likely he'll be in the Ahsoka series for various reasons I don't want to spoil :-$ Oh I definitely agree he'll probably make his onscreen debut in the Ahsoka series, but it has bee...

Re: The Mandalorian

This show is such a fun ride and I love the relationship between Mando and Grogu. Luke showing up was so satisfying. I was not surprised when I watched the episode at 6 in the morning (I called that he'd appear episodes before considering the whole goal of season 2 was to bring Grogu to a Jedi) but ...

Re: The Book of Boba Fett

I am so here for this. If you're going to bring Boba back from the dead, you have to give me a reason this character "resurrection" is justified and I am so excited. I adore all the criminal underworld exploration in The Clone Wars , so I am very excited to see the underworld at this point...

Re: Favourite/Least Favourite Episodes

To be honest, the Club exclusives are bad. We all know it. They're noticeably sub-par and pretty cringey. And for a show that's already been getting a bit more sub-par and cringey through the last ~20ish albums, that's a really rough spot to be in. I probably won't listen to the next Club season. I...

Re: Star Wars: The Bad Batch

The show was confirmed by a producer to be 16 episodes! I think that's a record for a Disney+ show (correct me if I'm wrong). The premiere came out yesterday and it was amazing! I had my expectations above average (I trust The Clone Wars team) and my expectations were exceeded! I'm so excited to wat...

Re: Star Wars: The Bad Batch

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BsOmYpP4UDU Whereas the last trailer was basically just a teaser, now we have a full trailer. Following their literally explosive introduction in the final season of Star Wars: The Clone Wars, Clone Force 99, a.k.a. the Bad Batch, will soon step into the spotlight. S...

Re: Unpopular AIO Opinions

-The Rydell Saga is one of the most disappointing sagas in AIO. I genuinely don't believe that's an unpopular opinion and I share that one with you. They built up so much hype and deflated it so quickly. It may be my least favorite saga because of how convoluted and strange it became because of the...

Re: Album 71 Speculations *Spoiler Alert*

Definitely. If done well, this could be an extremely poignant way to show a character who has been through hardship & trauma question her faith. Spoilers for "Let's Call the Whole Thing Off", the album 70 finale: It was implied when she let out her emotions at the end of the episode th...

Re: Star Wars: The Clone Wars

I'm finally going to watch this! I've been gifted a year of Disney Plus, it's the opportunity I've been needing of both time and episode access! Never managed to have both of those components together in the past. Have fun! I watched all of the Star Wars movies & shows over the course of 2020 (...

Re: Star Wars: The Bad Batch

I noticed Fennec Shand from the Mandalorian is in the trailer! I'm surprised but excited. I'm very curious to see what her role in the show will be. Ming-Na Wen confirmed she is reprising the role in the Bad Batch. I enjoyed the bad batch arc in season 7. It wasn't mind-blowing or an achievement in ...

Re: Album 71 Speculations *Spoiler Alert*

I am very nervous & curious to hear how the "character losing her faith" storyline will unfold. It's rather obviously Emily at this point. I just hope it's handled delicately and well. The themes of prior episodes in the Rydell arc have been extremely questionable, but I hope they will...

The AIOC Survey

The AIOC has a survey asking fans for feedback! A few months ago, they collected fan comments on the AIOC looking for feedback about episodes. You could comment on story ideas, characters you'd like to hear more from, or just general feedback on the show. They collected those comments and even showe...

Re: Odyssey + the Real World

The Irena Sendler three-parter inspired me to write a report on her in English a couple of years ago!! I knew about her before I heard the episode, but after hearing the beautiful, heartbreaking, & intense episode, I decided she would be the subject of my next research report. She's such an insp...

I used to be a lurker just because I didn't feel committed enough to get an account. I just liked reading the thoughts of others. That changed during the infamous quarantine of 2020 and I haven't looked back.
