I'm not trying to address your valid complaints, it was a comment on IHA's post alone.

In many cases, people read the topic and pray and don't post.

Re: 9/9/09
...why would there be one? It wouldn't cause failure in any method of timekeeping I know of. Many computers manufactured prior to 2000 used only two BCD fields to store year data (the last two digits in a Julian calendar year). Many administrators were worried that the data for 00 BCD would be inte...

Re: ask a Sonuna (and/or her RP characters)
Yes. I don't read much in the way of manga as an actual book, mostly I read it on a computer screen (for the same reason as most of my reading is online now). I dislike people who believe that because of its style anime/manga is inherently 'better', but I also dislike people who overreact to its gro...

No, but that's because I don't use it very often. I would name our printer but it needs a name in the Black Speech, being sufficiently evil.

Well, they need network IDs, and I have an enthusiasm for naming common household devices anyway.

Gaming PC (Dolores; even though I don't play that many high-end PC games, mostly just MMOs), Wii, GCN, PS2, N64, PS1 (broken CD tray because of Monster Rancher mostly), Dreamcast (;_;), Genesis (and 32X/CD attachments), GBA SP, DS. you may have noticed this but I am kind of a Nintendo fangirl (conve...

I can safely say that I am aware of your procrastination habits...
...well, not that I'm not horrible myself. It basically gets in the way of everything but my actual proper job (because it's ridiculously part-time, something like 6 hours a week). Glorious.

Re: Any Avatar fans out here?
I've heard a lot of good things about it, but have never actually watched past the first few episodes. Something about it didn't grab me, apparently.
Part of this is probably just being over-hyped, though... This thread might make me give it another shot.

Mostly my University Physics book and Empire of Light, a book which seems to be largely about how Tesla and Edison were epic archrivals. (Well-written and everything, though.)

I believe at most 2. I'm just not very talkative over PM, apparently.

I came here from the old PHPBB Town Hall, and came there from the Mole Boards, and came there from the even older Town Hall without PHPBB, and came there from the Soda Fountain, and found that by way of AIOHQ sometime around 2000.
